We are a boutique building company, based in Geelong, who are able to build to our plans or yours, modify our predesigned plans to accomodate your needs or custom build a unique design without the exorbitant price tag.

We have experience with each of our building team having over 37 years in the building industry. Henden Homes have an extensive knowledge of current practices and build designs.

You will be guaranteed to receive a quality home which meets the brief you provide to us. One of our distinct differences is that we take the time to listen to your ideas and we aim to work within the guidelines of your budget. We will then design an exceptional home to suit you and your family.

Experience

Our Company has combined over 75 years of experience in the building industry and has affiliations with locally sourced suppliers and trades people.

Previously a member of a large building franchise we have travelled the path of larger quantity builders and found that it wasn’t the right fit for us. We like the personal touch (sadly lacking with volume builders) that only a custom builder can offer.

Building around 25 homes per year we are large enough to get the job done with ‘value for money’ pricing and yet small enough to ensure that you receive a quality product that you will be proud to call your own.

At Henden Homes we choose our suppliers and tradies carefully. This ensures you are able to select quality products from our extensive range which will be installed by skilled tradesman.

Our office showroom displays will help you to choose the inclusions for your new home. Our friendly staff are only too happy to help with advice in this area.

Integrity

As an experienced building company who has been around for many years, we decided that the right fit for us was a Geelong based, custom building company with competitive pricing. This brought about the change of name to Henden Homes. So, we continue to offer premium products and commitment to customer satisfaction. We have rebranded into one of Geelong’s leading boutique builders.

We endeavour to provide personalised service and recognise individual requirements to produce building excellence. Our customers are our best referees. A great deal of our work is by referral from happy clients, their families and friends.

I feel that Brad made the whole process as easy as possible and went out of his way to be helpful and pleasant. I signed my contract on the 9th of May. Working with an undulating block, our early enquiries with volume builders clearly wasn’t going to get us the look and positioning of the home we wanted. Mike and his team were quick to show their experience and flexibility with this type of build giving us reassurance we were in the right hands. The build process was as stress free as it could be with the Henden team having everything in hand. Reviews and small changes to the design as the build progressed were easy and the team remained open and communicative throughout. We never felt like we needed to chase things up to keep the build going and given that we built through COVID the house being finished ahead of schedule with a quality finish was an unexpected result. Cannot recommend Mike and the team at Henden Homes highly enough.
