After ten years on the tools both Mike and Brad decided to become Builders.  They knew their trade, studied hard and became Registered Building Practitioners.  In time both decided to join a large building franchise where they gained much knowledge in the ‘behind the scenes’ side of running a company whilst continuing to grow their business’s and reputation.  It also provided the opportunity to create trade partners and build trusted relationships in the building industry. 

In time, they felt the path of the larger quantity builder wasn’t the right fit for them.  They were missing the individual attention they wanted to provide each client and the personal rapport that comes with it.  So together with the team they had established over the years, Henden Homes was born.

Henden Homes is the preferred way of operating for two builders who have seen how both systems work.  They sat down and focused on retaining the positives being offered by both custom and volume builders and considered how they could improve upon the areas that potentially wouldn’t work for their clients.

Henden Homes aims to fill a unique niche in the building market that will appeal to people wanting to put their personal touch on their new home without the price tag!
