A sloping block is not a problem, it is an opportunity! Our builders have been building on sloping land for over 30 years! During your initial consultation with us, we will be able identify the extent of your slope, and offer some of our predesigned homes as a starting point for initial discussions. Not only do we offer predesigned homes specifically for sloping blocks, but we can also offer to custom design a home.  In the unlikely event where none of our predesigned homes suit what you are looking for, we will use our extensive experience and expertise to guide you through the process of designing a customized home.

Split level houses are commonly built on sloping or uneven blocks of land. This style of home is designed to work with the natural layout of the land and often will have multiple levels of living spaces to accommodate for this.

 Unlike volume builders, we will work with the slope, not against it. This will ensure that you will not end up with non-ideal scenarios such as; exceptionally steep driveways, excessive site costs, high retaining walls and unusable space.
